Outstanding Teams team building programme

Outstanding Teams is a one day team building programme which is fun but also designed to give you insights into how your own team can be outstanding. We start with a fun icebreaker game that creates tempo and a positive atmosphere. This might be Marble Millionaires or The Chair Factory, for example. These are very good games, not the rather lame icebreakers that are often used in training. This day is outstanding!

We then move on to an examination of what being an Outstanding Team actually means. Real life teams are chosen by delegates and we investigate what makes those teams special. Sporting teams are often chosen, for example The Red Arrows who come up often and are always greeted with a cheer (are they the most loved team in England?). There are also business teams, for example Apple, and interesting suggestions such as the team from Camelot which installed the lottery terminals in a very short time after learning that they had won the franchise back in 1994. We always get a very interesting range of teams to study.

Then we move on to the really useful part of the day. What are the winning qualities of your team? What could and should they be? How can your team become Outstanding?

This day is fun and colourful but it will also have a direct effect on your team's performance. It can also be an ongoing programme that you can revisit in six months' or a year's time. Being outstanding is an ongoing journey.

Outstanding Teams can be delivered at a venue close to you. Day delegate rates are typically £25 to £40 and this includes everything you need during the day including lunch. Outstanding Teams starts at £650 plus VAT for up to 30 people. 

This programme can be combined with Belbin Team Roles to create an extremely powerful two day programme.
